Before we dive into this powerful arc of financial transformation, I need to tell you something that happened while I was building it. I was in the midst of a wave of creative inspiration, turned magic carpet ride of creating this new version of my signature offer. Everything was flowing, the vision was super clear. All the supporting pieces, the components, everything, the structure, the prep work, it was aligned, it was on fire. Except for one part, but this was the most important part. No matter what I kept trying to record it, it wasn't working. I kept rerecording, I kept rewriting the outline, scrapping the scripts. I just kept trying and it wasn't working. Every time it just felt off. So finally I just walked away from it. I trusted, I surrendered, and I'm going to tell you what happened next, but just know that it mirrors what I'm about to walk you through in this episode. The part where the transformation available to you can only land when you first let go of what's no longer aligned and trust that something better is trying to find you, so you let it. In this episode, besides telling the rest of that story, we're going to get into what shifts the moment you stop surviving your finances as a necessary evil and start actually leading them as the main character of your money story. Okay, let's first talk about what shifts the moment that you stop seeing your finances as a necessary evil and being caught in a loop of avoidance and reaction based on urgency and just so much ick. You start actually, from the claimed seat of your CEO Central energy, leading your own money story, because most of us we're just bootstrapping, making it work at first. That makes sense. That's what you do at the beginning because you are figuring out as you go along and you get really good at being resourceful in chaos. That is the not so humble beginnings of sometimes very intense beginnings of a thing until you get your bearings. But if you let that modus operandi take over, if you let that be your way with money indefinitely instead of just that messy beginning into maybe messy middle, but you don't actually take the time to create some stability, some security, some structure around how you engage your money flow, you're actually just stuck in survival mode. Even though it may kind of feel like magic and there's a high or a thrill or a rush of being able to create what you need or manifest or attract what you need, when you need it, eventually it becomes straight up exhausting. It drains you, it wears you thin, and eventually you realize that you are outgrowing that, that you want to get more responsible and mature and grounded around your relationship with your money, and you don't want to just make it work anymore. You want to actually cultivate it intentionally so that it can work for you. Talking real wealth building and the strategy and structure and intention that has to be positioned underneath and behind that to make that possible. In this transition from reacting to actually intentionally leading, you naturally ask yourself, and this might sound familiar, what am I actually building here? And what kind of structures do I need to support that sustainably and for the long game? Once you step over that threshold, your entire money story begins to change. And the ripples that it create means that your entire bigger picture story changes too. If you're stuck right now in this loop of chaotic,"magical", in air quotes, money flow, and you've just been making it work, you know exactly what I'm talking about, that there are far reaching, there is a breadth of cost associated with this. There's the more obvious, practical opportunity cost of the money. You are not saving the money that you are not investing, the extra that's not available to you to be strategically allocating to savings, your future, and splurging when and where you want to. The financial freedom to be able to spend money when you want, where you want, when you want. But besides that, there's also such a big emotional cost, the weight of avoidance, the anxiety, the fact that without a system to support you, money actually becomes a thing you're afraid of because it's what gets in the way of what you want and need, and it ends up having power over you. The truth is you can't actually hold more when you're in this place because essentially your hands are already full just trying to keep up. That is a very heavy un-fun place to be, and it's not why you started a business in the first place. So even if you could accept just spinning your wheels and making it work in the moment, but not stretch any further than that, it's also costing you your peace, your creativity, your energy and presence that could be directed to other areas of your business, but are stressed and worried about this, and your self trust ultimately because you are showing yourself over and over again that you can't actually trust yourself with money. That you can't actually trust yourself with money in the way that it needs from you to be a good, responsible steward, or in the way that you need from it to really get it to work for you and to get what matters most to you into a reliable, strategic part of your flow. Which brings us now to what happens on the other side of crossing that threshold of choice. When you decide that you do want your next chapter to be different than your last, you don't want to repeat this loop and this cycle and be stuck in this trap any longer. Time is precious, and the sooner that you decide to make this shift, the sooner the rest of your life can begin. The sooner that you can start telling a different story. I'm going to walk you now through the arc of the full hero's journey of your financial transformation that is available to you because just like some of the best books or best movies, this one is just as riveting and it is my pleasure and purpose to reveal this part to you because I imagine that you probably think of the money stuff as boring as something that you don't want to have anything to do with. But I'm going to show you, if you stick with me through this right now, over the next few minutes, that it's actually just as exciting of a story arc, an adventure, and a transformation of your favorite book or movie. Remember, just like any good story, the adventure, the transformation is so specific to the hero, to the main character that walks through it. In the same way, your money story transformation needs to be so specific to you to make it mean something and to make it matter. It needs to have the context embedded in it, the rich pre-story of where you've come from, what influenced you to have the relationship you do today with money, what your astrological design is that's priming you for this very unique hero's journey arc through what is ultimately a very universal path from chaotic to intentional money flow and the lifestyle that that creates for you. But this one, again, needs to be uniquely yours. Step one, of course is answering the call and the frame of the mission, the adventure itself. So through an understanding of your CEO code, what that main character energy is that you need to embody to be the hero of this story and the stage set of the plot pivot, what that archetypal journey is that you're going to go on, and the foreshadowing that happens at the beginning for the reader or the viewer. You first define the mission, set the intention, get clear on as much as you're able to, when you're about to step into the mystery, what the purpose is of the path ahead of you. Next up, you are given the map because you are about to embark into unknown territory. So the next important step is to ground yourself with your grounding code and visualize, get clear, map out your Revenue Roadmap, your unique, specific GPS coordinates so that you know exactly where your starting point is right now, and exactly where that X marks the spot destination is that you're aiming for. Then once you've rooted into your seat of emotional safety and set income goals that match your real life, as well as your deep seated desires of what you want for your life, then we embark on understanding the territory because the map is not this territory, and let's be real, one of the reasons that you've had a block around embracing the money stuff is because you don't fully understand it. You were never taught it, and so you need to learn what that territory is. You need to learn the language and the lay of the land. If this is something you've been avoiding your whole life, you need to approach that undertaking of learning a new thing, a new language of finance in the way you were uniquely designed to learn so that you can absorb it, you can retain it, and you can become fluent in it and implement it into your business and money flow. Then once you are confidently empowered with an understanding of the language and the land, you are now going to prime your vessel for travel. This includes your business entity, your account ecosystem, and your relationship to worth, to assets, to yourself as your most valuable asset, and to orient yourself by your design in how you most optimally, most comfortably hold resources and manage value exchange, the lifeline of your business. Then once you have a super solid business vessel that is fortified to be able to take you on this journey, it is time to gas up. This brings us to the fuel, getting the fuel that you need into your vessel and includes getting out of your own way when it comes to the knowing that you absolutely are going to be successful, bringing in what you need now and what you want to fund your next level and into your future that you are aiming for. This is how you energize your business with aligned revenue that matches the needs and wants that you have to the dollar, and all starts with showing yourself how many different ways this is actually possible. What's going to work for you is not the same thing that works for other people you may be comparing yourself to. You have a very particular way that you are designed to structure your offers and how you relate to the process of creating and launching and maintaining them. That is such a big part of making sure that however you start to plan your offers, you do it in a way that's going to be sustainable for you. You remember what I said at the beginning about how elusive the arc of this program was for me as I was trying to record the modules, even though the vision and everything supporting it was just so on point to where it felt like it was just moving through me, it was animating me from the inside out. And then by contrast, the actual arc was just absolutely eluding me and frustrating the hell out of me every time I would try to pin it down. It was maddening, to be honest, until I decided to surrender, like I said before, to surrender fully and when I did something better ultimately came through, but I didn't realize it at it as it was happening until the very end. Morning after morning, I started waking up with a certain part of it at the forefront of my attention, feeling a little off and being led through a journey every single day to modify certain parts of it, having clarity that wanted to be applied, moving things around, renaming certain codes and basically re-sequencing the whole journey, one little piece at a time. It was like universe was guiding me on this need to know basis. Just work on what's right in front of you, what we're showing you at the front of your attention, until one morning I leaned back and looked at it, looked at the state it was in after all these little micro tweaks and I saw it. It wasn't just a program anymore, it was the hero's journey that we just went through together. It became so obvious then that I was just too early, right? As far as what needed to unfold for the hero's journey, this feels so meta, but like the hero's journey that needed to unfold for me as the creator of this hero's journey transformation that's going to change your life, I was just at the beginning when I was trying to record and package it like it was done. Until that moment when I just let myself be along for the ride, I let it carry me, and then everything clicked. I want that moment for you. I want you to decide to go on this journey so that at the end of it you can look back and realize what has shifted, to look back and see the new person that you are, the new relationship with money that you've cultivated. And that as you move through it, just like the best, most tension-filled parts of your favorite book or movie, even when it's hard, even when you think you're sucking at it or you're falling behind, you're just in the middle of an epic tale unfolding. And truly, you're there now, so don't forget it. When the time is right, it should feel good for you to say yes to. It might feel a little scary too, but it should feel right. It won't be fear that decides to make the change, it'll be you in your seat of power and purpose, making the choice. To stop looping, to stop circling, to stop repeating a way with money that you are just so sick of and know you have outgrown. To step into your money story like someone who knows that not only are you meant to lead it, but it has been waiting for you to embody it and to take it to the next chapter. Every great story, including every great money story, starts with a choice. That choice happens when you simply know it's time.
