The tide rolls in. The tide rolls out. Provision, deprivation, that's what it's all about. The stars above keep weaving their song. Transits remind us, we're never here long. Some days you're high riding winds with delight. Next day you're stuck and can't get it to right. But neither extreme is the whole of your chart, the spiral path shows the truest part. Your build, your money, your cosmic queue, it's not just the peak, the valley counts too. Track the line that runs steady and clear,'cause that's where momentum builds year after year. So if you've been dizzy from highs and from lows, stay with me, we'll spiral where clarity grows. Let's get into it. It is no news to you that life is cyclical, right? But what I really want to focus on in this episode is that those cycles are spirals not circles. It's a convention to understand the circle that we are riding around and the phases that are the kind of rounding of the corner of our experience of going round and round. But in reality, there is a spiral that is also moving us in a direction. This episode is inspired by something I heard recently that really stuck with me and rooted into the value of anchoring ourselves into this understanding, because this idea that sometimes we are provided for and sometimes it feels like we are being deprived and that roller coaster that we might experience, where sometimes it feels like we're high and sometimes it feels like we're low and there's always movement through those cycles, but that ultimately, whatever that snapshot of the moment is, is not the full picture. It's the circle that is within the spiral that is really defining the path of our momentum. I just love this idea of the spiral path. We talk about the middle path or the middle way, but implied, but unsaid in that is that we are circling or spiraling around it to define where that is. That's why I like thinking about this as the spiral path. Where, whether it be the cosmic timing of the chapters that are unfolding, or nature's rhythm, or the creative cycles circling and spiraling within us, or the money flow cycles that naturally come with ebb and with flow, all of this reveals the actual, seemingly invisible unless you're tracking and paying attention and bringing your awareness too, but this trajectory beneath the momentary roller coaster. In this episode, we're going to talk about why cosmic transits show us that no season, no matter how sweet or how brutal, lasts forever, how nature's rhythms of provision and deprivation keep us tethered to reality, the fractal ride of building something new, and why the frustration is part of the magic. I have a personal share on this one for you today. Finding spiral stability when sales are down, which is a biggie for most of us and in the market right now, and the one simple practice that helps you track the true line of your trajectory. This idea of spiral versus roller coaster, it's more than a mindset that it is very helpful to get our mind on board and understanding that there is this phenomenon that is taking place and it reminds me of those optical illusions where one example they'll show, you know, if you're looking at one side, it looks like a square from another angle it looks like a circle. Or my favorite example of this is that old textbooks used to say that we had two different kinds of galaxies, spiral galaxies, and disc galaxies. This was actually just one of these phenomenon, if you were looking at it on it's side, it looked like a disc. If you were looking at it head on, it looked like a spiral. It was the same thing, just looked differently depending on which way you were looking. This is one of those things are you looking at what is the phenomenon that is taking place naturally in all of these different arenas and realms of your life as being on a roller coaster? That's whipping you around back and forth, this illusion of duality on a spectrum of black and white or ones and zeros that would be like the linear trap and illusion. That it's just like a line with one side or the other, or are you looking at it like a circle, which is a little bit better, at least at this point you are framing it as that there is this cycle that you are moving around a lot easier not to get caught up in the, oh, I'm stuck over here on this side. You're like, okay, there's movement. I'm moving along the circle. I will, round the corner, I will get somewhere else. Or are you training yourself, if it's not second nature already, to see it as a spiral? That yes and, yes we are circling around a path that moves through different phases. There are highs, there are lows, but that also, ultimately that circle is moving us in a direction. We are spiraling in a direction as we move along the momentum of the circle. This is how we create that invisible line, that invisible trajectory that can be invisible unless you're paying attention. That is happening as we are experiencing the phenomenon of ups and downs. If you are not holding this perspective, the highs and the lows can trick you. They can be mistaken for the whole story. We can get into a trap of feeling stuck and forgetting that it is just part of the journey, it's part of the terrain, and that that spiral path is tracing a steady line of reality, of progress, of momentum, underneath and beyond the peaks and valleys of our experience. I want to look at this from a four parter of as above, so below as within, so without to see that this is the pattern under everything. This is the pattern that is animating everything that we experience that's coming at us from every which way, and we'll start with the as above, with the cosmic cycles of the invisible energetic weather that is part of what we are riding in the unseen. When we follow the lens and reflection of the cosmic phases, the transits, when each planet moves into a different sign with the retrogrades and direct motion. That these are all seasons. We have star seasons, we have different seasons, energetically, archetypally, and when you're paying attention and looking at how your experience changes in relation to this time mapping, that is the cosmic transits, we see that no season lasts forever. The one constant is change, everything that is unfolding is riding waves of transits and timing. Your life, your business, individual projects, relationships, they're all riding these waves of highs and lows between cycles. This is also why one of my favorite things to track and be aware of with astrology isn't even necessarily what cycle you're in, what phase you are in, but when they change. Understanding when there's an opening and an opportunity to adapt, to round a corner. One of my favorite is with the sun seasons. It's great to know that we're in Virgo season, but even more powerful was knowing when that transition was from Leo to Virgo because the focus change, the vibe changes, the energetic environment shifts. And knowing when those shifts take place makes it a lot easier to ride those waves, to surf those waves, to be able to change and adapt with them. This really does go both ways, it's helpful to know when we're going through a slump that you will get out of it. Like it is absolutely inevitable that things are going to shift. Super helpful to know when you're in a funk, but also just as helpful to know when you're riding high, and to be able to anchor yourself in the reality that that too will not last forever, and you will come back down and it is a temporary high and a temporary ride and part of the cycle and spiral arm that you're on. Just as above with the cosmic cycles, so below with Earth, with nature and how the rhythms, and again, this was a biggie of what inspired this whole episode, is this idea that we like to think about and talk about that the universe provides. And yes, it absolutely does. But that's only half of the equation, and that is absolutely by design because the universe also deprives, that's part of the rhythm, that's part of the cycle, and it's part of what reveals to us where that middle ground invisible path is. In nature, whether it's the tides, the harvest, the droughts, the cycles of abundance, and the seasons, when you look at it objectively with those reflections and examples, it's so obvious and easy to see that of course, it's not about punishment or reward or whatever our human minds or our experiential reality is when we're in the trenches or flying high, it's so easy to think about it as it being personal or, oh, am I being unsupported? Or on the flip side, like, oh, I'm so, you know, infinitely supported. No, that's all a trap, you are aligning with the laws of and the cycles of nature just like everything else. And that it is absolutely by design that it is that way. And in this way, nature's cycles remind us not to cling to any one season, any one experience as forever. The phenomenons change, the tides change, the seasons change. What remains constant is the rhythm itself. The rhythm is what's real. The reflection of this phenomenon above and below, out there, up there, around us, and in our actual grounded lived experience is so helpful to see, to know, to understand, and to track, it helps keep us grounded in reality, keeps us with the perspective. It keeps us rooted in a perspective that makes magic possible. Ultimately, magic is being in alignment with what is, what is happening, what's flowing, and you know what happens when you zoom into far into just today when you get into that trap. I can think of the time when this happens, when I feel the least resourced to anchor and orient myself otherwise is like when I'm sick, right? When you're sick sometimes it's hard to even remember what healthy feels like and some part of you just surrenders to, and honestly, this is part of I think what makes it pass, but the reality that you are in, that you will be there forever. You are in a forever kind of place but even if it's not that you're sick, it's like when it's a good day, we think it means we are set forever. Finally, the tides have turned. Then when it's a bad day, we think it means we're doomed. What's not working? Everything's crashing, and either way high or low, we lose sight of the spiral and the reality that it is constantly looping us around and around, but onward and upward as we go. That's when doubt creeps in. That's when you forget the bigger arc that you're on, and that's when it feels like all the work you've been doing might not even matter. It just feel so out of our control. But imagine if you did have a steady tether, something that every week, even as things are changing, reminds you that you're riding those bigger cycles, that you're on track, that your money, your energy, and your whole business unfolding are part of a spiral that moves beyond this one moment. That is exactly what the Cosmic Current is. It's my weekly love note on money, magic, and cosmic alignment where I drop you right back into the bigger spiral. You get cosmic timing cues, money rhythms, and real talk about the patterns actually unfolding. So that you can anchor into clarity instead of getting swept by the highs and the lows. So if you want that tether, that anchor, that steady reminder in your inbox each week, come join me in the Cosmic Current. You can subscribe by going to cosmicb.link/current. That was the, as above, so below kind of environmental territory of these spirals constantly unfolding. Now I want to move into the as within and look at our creative cycles, the energy that animates us and ultimately the fractal ride that it is to bring those out into the world and build something new. I want to talk about this by using the example of something I have been so deep in and just absolutely surrendered to the journey of, which is building with a new platform right now that, oh my goodness, is like, where have you been all my life? And honestly, I've known about it for a while. I've been circling it for a while, and a part of me knew that it was big and that when the time was right, it reminds me of like, you know, when you're leading up to calling in your partner and like, yes, of course you want it, like you want it right now, but also there's this part of you that knows and understands that it'll happen when the timing's right because it's that big. It's not something to be rushed. This is just one of those things for my Aquarian techy heart, that loves the innovation of tech with automation and AI for my Virgo moon heart that loves systems and just when all the pieces fit together like a puzzle. And of course my Scorpio rising that just lives to deep dive and go all in when the timing is right. For me, this build on Make was unexpected, it was so serendipitous the way the time finally became ripe. It was a series of things that led to me checking it out and realizing not only was it a solution for what was right in front of me that I was trying to figure out, but also was just like so much bigger. I recently let my VA go and I thought that I was on track to finding her replacement, as it turns out, at least for now, Make is that replacement, because I am reorienting what is possible to get the support of with AI and with automation and then what us humans actually need to do. The collaboration is incredible. Just to give you a picture into what this process is like, because it's just such an incredible example for what we're talking about in this episode. Basically there's all these components, there's a flow of these steps, these bubbles, these modules, these worlds unto themselves. For each step in the process of this thing that you're building out, which for me right now is building out the most incredible onboarding and delivery experience of Cosmic Currency. It's a lot of pieces, it's a lot of things working together, but the process of building this out is just one world at a time. Completely immersing myself into the process of getting one step, one piece working and it's just like each of those is such a journey with highs and lows and getting stuck and things not working, and then it works, and the win and feeling accomplished. It's just such a roller coaster feeling ride within each one. So there's absolutely that micro experience of the highs and the lows within it. But then when you zoom out and you can actually zoom infinitely in and out as far as you need to to see the full picture of all of the pieces that you've put together, this map, this archive of all of those journeys that you've been on and come out victorious around, and that they are building this bigger flow, that there's this bigger trajectory unfolding as you go through the process of being in the weeds of the highs and the lows of getting each component working. Ultimately it feels like these fractal journeys, these fractal pieces connected to something bigger that you are ultimately working toward and stewarding the unfolding of. I just wanted to share this example of what I'm so deep in right now, because it really is like this is life, right? This is the good stuff. This is the journey is these little micro plot lines unfolding amidst the bigger picture of where we're heading and our growth and this trajectory that is forward movement. As we're going through these cycles, within cycles, within cycles. I really want to anchor the sharing of this into the lesson that no matter what it is, because this works for everything, the zoomed in view, the moment to moment can feel chaotic, but the zoomed out perspective reveals the spiral that is actually creating the progress, the momentum, the trajectory, and the true path of your efforts. That's why when it comes to anything worth anything, if you actually want to get somewhere with what you're doing, the frustration, the lows, the lulls are all part of the magic, part of the process, part of the momentum, the engine that gets us moving forward to where we want to go. Just like we go through these processes, we ride these energetic waves that come from somewhere deep within us and want to express through us. As within, so without, with the manifest energy in the form of money and the cycles that are very real around what it is to be a business owner that doesn't just get a regular, reliable paycheck every two weeks. Money itself flows in cycles, the same cycles that we've been talking about. Some months there's going to be more flowing in. Some months there's going to be less flowing in. Some months there's going to be more or less flowing out as well. And so we have these cycles within cycles around how our money flows. I especially want to speak to this right now too. I've had this on my mind and heart lately because sales are down for so many people right now. If you're experiencing that, it's not just you and you're not alone. There are a couple of things coinciding right now. One, what people are calling a trust recession, just part of the timeline that we're on, the unfolding of the online coaching space. That is coinciding right now with some economic wobble, right? That is making for the perfect recipe, the perfect storm for sales to be down. But here's the thing, this is why having a regular money practice that has nothing to do with how much is going in or out. That is the framework and the structure. It's what you show up for regardless of what's actually happening with your cash flow. That grounded positioning, regardless of circumstance, is the spiral that's holding you steady when you commit to those practices of tracking, of tending, of staying present for what is, whatever it is, even if right now it means less revenue. Ultimately the middle line is what matters, not the temporary highs or dips, because this is just going to be a blip on the archive at some point moving forward. It's going to be in your rear view, and it matters much less what happens moment to moment. It matters much more, both your commitment to the practice, to that middle way spiral path orientation and to be able to know and see what that bigger picture is, that trajectory that you're on, regardless of what's happening this month or this quarter with the bottom line. That is where we're able to find stability and not get swept up by a huge cash injection and the high of it. Or months when things feel low, and ultimately being in that position, you are prepared for this, right? It doesn't surprise you when the natural and inevitable highs and lows happen, that you have a practice in place. You have systems in place that are going to support you regardless of that shift, that seasonal shift that happens. That's why the most powerful tool when it comes to entrepreneurship and your money flow, which is the lifeline of your business, is tracking. Without it you only see that jagged line of emotion. You're in a space of reactivity because you're not able to see the forest beyond the trees of what's happening right now. But with it, you see the spiral trajectory nested in the real story of what's happening and unfolding. When it comes to tracking, it is a practice. Consistency matters more than anything else because that's what's going to build your confidence so that no matter what cycle you're in, you're not shaken. This is the one simple practice, although unfortunately, one of the most avoided, that helps you track that true line of your trajectory so that you can stay anchored to what's real, regardless of what's happening from moment to moment. Wherever you are right now, if you are in a pinch of deprivation, like many people are relatively right now, or if you are fortunate to be in the swell of provision, just remember, neither one is the whole story. The spiral, the ultimate reality, the truth of what's happening holds both. The high tide isn't forever and neither is the low. What studies you is the line you trace and anchor yourself to and keep an awareness of through your presence, your practice, and maintaining this perspective of the spiral path that you're on, and if you want that steady reminder woven into your weeks, remember that the Cosmic Current is there for you. It's a way to stay synced with the bigger cycles while you're riding the smaller ones. The path out of your money highs and lows is already yours. You're already on it and it's already there, you just need to see it and commit to being in relationship with
